Galaxy S10 Series Selling Better Than Expected, Says Top Analyst

In his latest investor note, noted analyst Ming-Chi Kuo increased the sales estimate of the Galaxy S10 lineup, saying that the phones are selling better than expected.

According to CNBC,Kuo increased the sales estimate by around 30 percent, from 30/35 million units to 40/45 million units, largely on account of strong demand in China.

The news comes amid reports that pre-orders for the Galaxy S10 lineup is breaking records in many markets around the world, including the US and the UK.

Kuo cited new features such as the on-display ultrasonic fingerprint reader and bilateral wireless charging as some of the primary reasons for the popularity of the devices.
