It's just over six months since Xiaomi launched the Poco sub-brand, and the Poco F1 phone. Now there's a new Poco device coming to join the ultra-popular Snapdragon 845-powered phone.
Benchmark scores on Geekbench show the company is working on a Poco F1 Lite. The much-cheaper phone will be powered by a Snapdragon 660, and has at least 4 GB of RAM. It also runs Android 9 Pie.
We are not sure why Poco would dilute its brand and launch a mid-range phone which is likely to be exactly the same as a Redmi Note 7. It would be better to stick to what fans most associate the brand with - the best performance at the most affordable price.
