Lenovo EGO Smartwatch With Real-time Heart Rate Monitor, Activity Tracking Launched in India For Rs 1,999

Lenovo on Thursday launched its EGO digital smartwatch in India. The device comes with the design language of a 1980s digital wristwatch with a thick, rubbery bezel, but packs most of the essential features of a modern-day smartwatch, including Bluetooth 4.0, a 42mm monochrome display with night light mode, vibration actuator and more.

The EGO has a claimed battery life of 20 days, and is compatible with both iOS and Android, relaying notifications for phone calls, emails, texts and social media apps. In addition to that, it also offers a 24-hour real-time heart rate monitor, 5ATM water resistance (50 meters), activity tracking, swim tracking, sleep tracking and more. There's also a 'remote camera' feature that allows users to take a photo with a single tap on the display.

The Lenovo EGO is priced at Rs. 1,999 and is already available on Flipkart and Croma.
