Xiaomi's Foldable Phone Could Undercut Galaxy Fold, Mate X With Aggressive $999 Price Tag

Xiaomi is also set to join the foldable phone brigade this year, as it has already teased the upcoming Mi Flex or Mi Fold a couple of times. And now new reports claim that the unique phone will be priced at US $999, which would seriously undercut the Huawei Mate X and Samsung Galaxy Fold.

In contrast, the Mate X was announced with a US$2600 price tag, while the Galaxy Fold will set buyers back US$2000. The unconfirmed report from iGyaan says the foldable phone from Xiaomi will be priced at $999 in the US, €999 in Europe, and around Rs 74,999 in India.
