A new research note from noted analyst, Ming-Chi Kuo, is seemingly confirming persistent rumors that Apple has been working on an augmented reality headset. According to Kuo, the device could go into mass production by Q4, 2019, and launched during the first half of 2020.
There's no word just yet on what to expect from the upcoming device apart from the fact that it will be powered by the iPhone. It will, however, come with its own independent display, unlike the Samsung Gear VR and Google Daydream View.
